1. For purposes of reconciliation of premium contributions with PHILHEALTH, every employee member may secure said forms certifying that the deductions from payroll for the particular premium contributions have been remitted to said recipient Agency.
2. With respect to PAG-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application (MPLAF), the monthly net take home pay requirement of government employees shall be subject to the rules and regulations as provided for the General Appropriation Act (GAA).
